In order to export your transaction statement:
- Go to pay.parler.com and log in
- Click on your profile
- Click Export Statement
Select your desired date range.
Your transaction statement will be sent to the email address registered on your Parler Pay account.
What the Statement Includes
- Wallet transaction activity within the selected date range
- Transaction timestamps
- Transaction type and details as available
The statement reflects wallet activity at the time the export request is processed.
What the Statement Does Not Do
- It does not modify wallet balances
- It does not initiate, reverse, or dispute transactions
- It does not serve as an official bank or financial institution statement
- It does not replace tax, accounting, or legal records
Delivery & Timing
- Statements are sent to the registered account email
- Delivery typically occurs shortly after the request is submitted
- Users should check spam or junk folders if the email is not immediately visible
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive my transaction statement
- Confirm the email address on your Parler Pay account is correct
- Check spam or junk folders
- Allow a short period for delivery
- If the issue persists, contact Parler Pay Support
My statement is missing transactions
- Verify the selected date range
- Transactions outside the selected range will not appear
- Recently completed transactions may take time to appear depending on processing status
Support Handling Notes (Internal Use)
- This feature is read-only and informational
- No escalation to compliance or finance is required for standard questions
- Do not imply custody, guarantees, or official financial reporting
- If users request edits or corrections, clarify that statements reflect system records at the time of export
