Is the transaction statement feature available on all platforms?
No. Transaction statement export is available on web app only.


Where is my transaction statement sent?
Statements are sent to the email address registered on your Parler Pay account.


Can I choose a custom date range?
Yes. You can select a specific date range before exporting your statement.
How long does it take to receive the statement?
Statements are typically delivered shortly after the export request is submitted.


Does exporting a statement affect my wallet or transactions?
No. Exporting a statement does not affect wallet balances, transaction status, or account settings.


Can I export multiple statements?
Yes. Users may export transaction statements as needed.


Is this an official financial or bank statement?
No. Transaction statements are provided for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.


Why was this feature added?
This feature was added in response to user feedback requesting clearer access to transaction history.


What should I do if something looks incorrect on my statement?
